Oliveology’s Gastronomic Sailing Holiday

In 2020 we introduce our gastronomy trips! A concept and idea that we have been thinking about since 2015 and have tried tried to explore since then. It is now time to have a professional Chef and good friend Andrew onboard to explore the tastes, cuisine and culture of the Ionian Sea onboard a sailing yacht along with a chef.

Experience the deep blue Greek sea and unexplored island corners, sailing across the Ionian sea. Enjoy a culinary activity every day and be treated to delicious meals on board! This year we host the London based team of Oliveology who

Visit farmers’ markets and shop for local produce

Experience the unique terroir of the Ionian islands

Eat at local tavernas

Learn basic sailing skills and how to fish

You will be accompanied by a culinary expert from the Oliveology Team.

When: 10-17.10.2021

Where: The trip will take place aboard our sailing yacht Lito and we will sail in the south Ionian visiting the islands Meganisi, Kastos, Kalamos, Ithaca and Kefalonia!
